Everyone Can Do Equity Webinar

Women Employed will facilitate a discussion about the difference between equality and equity as well as how implicit and explicit bias impacts the workplace.

We will share tactics that any individual regardless of their position can use to interrupt gender bias and advance gender equity. Building upon individual action, participants will learn policies and practices that will help organizations create inclusive workplaces where all employees can thrive.
