FCA Training

The FCA Certified Collision Care Program requires facilities to obtain and maintain the I-CAR® Gold Class® designation. The Gold Class designation ensures professionals are trained to have the knowledge and skills required to perform complete, safe, and high-quality repairs.
FCA relies on I-CAR to make certain specific training programs available to collision-repair technicians. The programs listed below are the only training programs that have been reviewed and approved by FCA.
FCA Network Requirements
All FCA Certified Collision Care facilities must complete the following:

FCA Driver Assistance Systems for Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, RAM, Alfa Romeo & FIAT
Online, 1h 15m
This course references WiTech but will not inhibit learning.
Electric Vehicle (EV) Courses
FCA offers optional EV recognition for facilities repairing electric vehicles. The following courses must be completed by the same technician at each EV-recognized location.
Professional Development Program
The Professional Development Program™ (PDP) is role-relevant training and provides distinct paths in industry-recognized Knowledge Areas. To earn Gold Class Recognition, businesses must achieve and maintain training across each of the major Collision Repair Roles:
