Nissan North America requires I-CAR Gold Class® designation for facilities in the Nissan Certified Collision Repair Network. Gold Class ensures technicians have the knowledge and skills to deliver complete, safe and quality repairs.

Nissan Certified Collision Centers must obtain and maintain Gold Class status through the I-CAR Professional Development Program™.

Online Training Modules

Nissan and I-CAR offer brand-specific online modules. A minimum of two technicians must pass each course within 90 days of certification approval.

Nissan GT-R® Repair Series

The three-course Nissan GT-R Repair Series is part of the Vehicle and Technology Specific Training® curriculum. GT-R Certified Collision Centers must complete the series (or have previously completed the discontinued hands-on training).

GT-R heritage, vehicle construction and special materials.

Nissan GT-R® – Repair Considerations

Damage analysis, structural procedures, CELETTE bench requirements and paint considerations.

Nissan GT-R® – Diagnostics

Diagnostic scanning, safety systems and electrical considerations.

Professional Development Program
