About IAnet

IAnet proudly offers independent appraisal and adjusting services throughout the United States and Canada. With a network of several thousand dedicated appraisers and adjusters, we have the capability and coverage to handle any claim. From standard automobiles to specialty vehicles to heavy equipment to commercial property, our experienced staff and extensive coverage area allow clients to assign claims with the knowledge they will be handled efficiently and effectively.

IAnet was founded in 1999 as the only non-franchised appraisal management company with a national footprint. Since then, we have continuously invested in our people, our systems, and our technology. To complement our in-person service offerings, IAnet has developed virtual tools too, like our FreezeFrame photo estimating app. FreezeFrame reduces physical touchpoints for all parties involved while still allowing our knowledgeable team members the ability to prepare estimates quickly and with a much higher degree of accuracy as compared to other, virtual-only applications. Our network allows for a seamless transition from photo to field, should an onsite supplemental inspection become necessary during the repair process. To round out our virtual tools, we offer a full suite of estimate auditing services – including, but certainly not limited to, direct repair estimate and subrogation reviews.

At IAnet, we have a healthy obsession with accuracy. Inaccurate appraisals inflate the price of a repair and impact the bottom line. Our clients expect higher standards, and we deliver. Fully integrated with CCC and its CCC One estimating platform, we can incorporate stringent audit guidelines, developed by both IAnet and our business partners. This has helped to reduce cycle time, supplement frequency and overall claim severity for our clients.

We provide a single point of contact to our clients. We also assign a primary auditor to each client for both standard auto and specialty auto assignments. This allows us to really get to know our clients – their staff members, their material damage guidelines, and their claim handling expectations. We have an award-winning customer service staff answering phone calls, emails, and online chat requests between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM (Eastern), Monday through Friday. This group provides convenience and consistency to our clients when assigning and tracking their claims.
